Divine Inspirations 4 U wants customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Because many of our products are handmade and produced in limited quantities, certain conditions apply to returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Please review this policy before completing your purchase.

1. Return Window

Eligible products may be returned when a return request is submitted within 14 calendar days after delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

Be unused and in its original condition
Show no signs of wear, alteration, washing, use, or customer-caused damage
Include its original packaging when applicable
Include proof of purchase or sufficient order information to verify the transaction

Divine Inspirations 4 U may decline a return that does not meet these conditions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

2. How to Start a Return

Photographs when the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Do not send merchandise back until you receive return instructions from Divine Inspirations 4 U.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Unless the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, materially different from its description, or applicable law requires otherwise, the following are not eligible for return:

Personalized products
Customized products made to the customer's specifications
Customized products received as ordered
Products clearly marked Final Sale before purchase
Products that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Products missing required components
Products without their original packaging when the packaging is reasonably necessary for resale

Any additional product-specific return restriction will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

4. Handmade Product Variations

Many Divine Inspirations 4 U products are handmade.

Minor variations may occur in characteristics such as:

Fabric pattern placement
Color placement
Cutting or alignment
Printed color
Dimensions
Decorative details
Other characteristics resulting from handmade production

Reasonable variations inherent in handmade production are not necessarily defects.

However, if a product is damaged, defective, incorrectly made, materially different from its description, or different from the item ordered, please contact Divine Inspirations 4 U so the matter can be reviewed.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

Please retain the item and its packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Depending on the circumstances and product availability, Divine Inspirations 4 U may provide an appropriate resolution, including:

Replacement
Exchange
Refund
Refund of applicable shipping charges when appropriate

6. Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for eligible products and are subject to available inventory.

Because Divine Inspirations 4 U creates many products in limited quantities, the same design, color, fabric, or product may not always be available.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, an eligible customer may be offered:

A refund, when appropriate

7. Return Shipping

Change-of-Mind Returns

When an eligible return results from a customer's change of mind, preference, or another reason unrelated to an error by Divine Inspirations 4 U:

The customer is responsible for return-shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for packaging the product appropriately for its return.

A trackable shipping method is strongly recommended.

When a return results from:

An incorrect product
A damaged product
A defective product
Another fulfillment error for which Divine Inspirations 4 U is responsible

Divine Inspirations 4 U will provide appropriate instructions concerning return shipping and any applicable shipping reimbursement.

8. Refund Method

Approved refunds will generally be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.

An approved refund may include:

Eligible merchandise price
Applicable sales tax
Applicable shipping charges when required by this policy or law

Original shipping charges are generally not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

9. California Refund Processing

When a customer is entitled to a refund from an eligible online purchase, Divine Inspirations 4 U will process the refund within the timeframe required by applicable law.

For qualifying California Internet transactions where payment was not made through an applicable third-party creditor, a refund due will be processed and sent within 30 days after:

The returned goods have been received in refundable condition;
Divine Inspirations 4 U has received sufficient information to process the refund; and
The customer's original payment has been paid or cleared by the applicable financial institution.

When payment was made through an applicable third-party creditor, Divine Inspirations 4 U will issue any required credit memorandum within the legally required period.

Once Divine Inspirations 4 U has initiated a refund, additional time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the customer's financial institution or payment provider.

10. Partial Refunds

When permitted by applicable law, a partial refund may be considered if an otherwise eligible returned product experiences a reduction in value because of customer handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

Examples may include:

Missing nonessential components
Missing packaging that affects resale value
Customer-caused cosmetic damage
Other customer-caused reduction in value

11. Order Cancellations

Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact:

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered:

Production
Processing
Packaging
Shipment

If the order has already shipped, the customer may request a return under this policy if the merchandise is return-eligible.

12. Canceled Orders by Divine Inspirations 4 U

Divine Inspirations 4 U may cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of:

Product unavailability
An obvious pricing or listing error
Inability to verify payment
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
Shipping restrictions
An inability to fulfill the order

If Divine Inspirations 4 U cancels an order after payment has been collected and the merchandise has not been provided, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

13. Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a package is returned because of:

An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
Failure to retrieve the package
Refusal of delivery
Another delivery issue attributable to the customer

Divine Inspirations 4 U will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests reshipment.

Divine Inspirations 4 U may require sufficient information to verify the original purchase before processing a return, exchange, or refund.

Order confirmation
Receipt
Customer name and email associated with the purchase
Other information sufficient to identify the transaction

Nothing in this policy is intended to eliminate, waive, or restrict consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy eliminates or limits any implied warranty, statutory warranty, consumer remedy, or other legal right that cannot lawfully be waived.

A restriction on change-of-mind returns does not eliminate a customer's legal rights concerning merchandise that is defective, damaged, materially misrepresented, or otherwise subject to applicable warranty protections.
